Here is how it works:
- Within 30 days of delivery: We will give your money back without question.
- After 30 days of delivery: We will allow a 1-time exchange of the sunglasses for equal or lesser value. (this is based on when the package was delivered, not when the order was placed)

How to make a return:
If you wish to return your sunglasses, please send us an email and request an RA number through the contact form. Please ensure that you understand our terms before requesting an RA number.
- Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Sunglasses & Accessories must contain 1 dozen per style (12 pieces.) and display stands must contain all parts shipped with the product including all assembly instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Returns lacking an RA number may be refused.
- Sample packages are NON REFUNDABLE.
- Damaged/defective styles must be reported wtihin 2 business days.
Closeouts and/or clearance item Policy:
Closeouts are non-refundable but may be exchanged for other closeouts; we make no promises on what we can ship. Closeouts are picked at the time when we're shipping your package.
Package Refusal and/or Cancellation Policy:
Cancelled orders while en route are subject to a 20% restocking fee + any UPS shipping & handling charges. We're not responsible for packages with incorrect shipping addresses or if you have moved or no longer stationed at your delivery location. If UPS has to correct your address while en route, there will be an $11.00 charge per address / destination change. Additionally, once an order is placed on our web site, you commit to receiving the package. Once an order ships, it may not be cancelled.
Sample Package Return Policy:
Sample packages are non-refundable or exchangeable. These sunglasses are sold so you can test our quality. We respect your opinion about them.
Credit issuing Policy:
Returns take approximately 1 week to process in our warehouse after we receive your return. There is also a 20% restocking fee associated with all returns. Payments done through wire transfer, money order are issued store credit. |
